Creating a blog for the first time. Still trying to wrap my head around some ideas I have. I guess it will be a lot of trial and errors at first.

GaryG: Live Oak, Florida; At 41, I knew it was time. Will I be satisfy with my life as it is or do I have what it takes to make a change. I was tired of being overweight and not able to enjoy playing with the kids. Being 5'-9" and 250 lbs was not something I could accept anymore. Time to make a life changing decision. It's now or never. My journey started in October 2009 with the goal of losing 50 lbs. That goal was achieved in May 2010. It took a lot of effort and patience but I did it. The challenge still continues with new goals and commitments that will change my life and hopefully inspired others to join the revolution. These are the Fat Chronicles.
